Cops aren't doin' their job because the higher ups in our city gov't won't let them,they don't want to offend someone and lose finacial support during election time

The bad thing about it is this is one those cop free zones...if there had been 22 hit and runs and people killed anywhere else in town they would been on it like stink on a skunks butt,there woulda been 50 cops lined up catchin' 'em as they left the bars,this is one of those foo foo areas of town that are off limits to cops

I say we outlaw cars. They kill tens of thousands every year in crashes, and contribute to the premature deaths of millions with the pollution created in building and driving them.
