Youth Services of Tulsa will receive a large donation to fund its runaway and homeless program.

The agency estimates there are between 1,000 and 1,500 homeless young people living in Tulsa. The shelter feeds more than 17 kids a night. The Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma sells Youth Services food at very low prices.

The $20,000 grant is part of a campaign sponsored by Feed America and Walmart.
