If Yerton Jr. had been charged with the rapes of four women, would a judge allow him out on bail? I hardly think so. So why is the alleged molestation of four separate children (and a fifth that occurred so long ago that it cannot be prosecuted) not deserving of the same concern for the community's welfare?

The original bond amount of $150,000 was set for the first THREE charges of child sex crimes. The fourth charge could not be included because it was filed so close to the bond hearing. Judge Klein should at least have increased the bond to include charges four and five, at $50,000 apiece, the same amount for each of the first three charges, imo. Or does Yerton Jr. get a volume discount?
