Woman hit and killed by a train in downtown Tulsa identified

A train hit a woman in downtown Tulsa, killing her Tuesday afternoon. The accident blocked access to the Brady District from the rest of downtown as crews investigated and cleared the scene. FOX23 was live on the scene finding out all the details.
