Tavia Fuller Armstrong, a woman from Tahlequah who writes for Yahoo, happened to be in the wrong place at the right time on Saturday evening.
Fuller Armstrong told FOX23 she and her family had traveled to Muskogee to view the Garden of Lights at Honor Heights Park.
While driving through the display she noticed smoke coming from the car in front of her. Moments later, that car was covered in flames.
Fuller Armstrong said five people were inside the car at the time of the fire. Thanks to her quick reaction, as well as others at the park, those five people made it out of the burning car.
Two of the people inside the car were transported to an area hospital.
