A woman accused of hitting a 4-year-old girl with her car and taking off has been caught by law enforcement.

Tulsa police say Elizabeth Mooney hit the girl at the Comanche Park Apartments near 36th Street North and Peoria Wednesday around noon on Wednesday.  The girl was taken to the hospital in fair condition.

Police say Mooney left the scene but was found a couple miles outside of Hominy a few hours later.  Mooney faces several charges including assault and battery.  She's out on bond.

She should still be sitting in jail, hitting a 4 year old and then just driving off like she had hit a possum or skunk...my God, what a cold POS this cow is, and some stupid judge just let her go out and drive again?
