Why the Juvenile Justice Center says it needs a new building

Just to clarify- DL Moss isn't a "for profit" entity, it's Tulsa County (non-profit). If one has been following the issue- the jail would recieve updates of (approximately) 8.8 million, with (approximately) 55 million needed to build the new Juvile Justice Center. Misinformation spreads quickly- lets get are facts straight, just say'in (we need this for the future of our kid's)...

Most of the money seems to be going to expanding the Moss jail. The problem with for-profit jails is they have to be kept full to be profitable.
