Monday night the Tulsa Public Schools board voted 5-0 to dismiss Cheryl Murphy, the former administrative assistant to the TPS Athletic Department.

Murphy claimed TPS Athletic Director Stephanie Spring and two assistants, Jon Wheeler and Trish Pruitt, hacked into her email and had her re-assigned to another job in the district without cause.

Murphy was suspended with pay until the board voted for her dismissal.  Spring and Wheeler remain suspended with pay until the investigation is resolved.  According to Tulsa Public Schools, Pruitt has been reinstated.
