The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrested a Weatherford man accused of lewd proposals to a child.
Agents with the OSBI Crimes Against Children Unit and officers from the Weatherford Police Department arrested William Cantrell at a Wal-Mart in Weatherford. Investigators say agents posing as children between the ages of 9 and 13 communicated with him via computer.
Agents say Cantrell told the undercover agents he wanted to meet them and exchange naked photos and meet for sex. The undercover agents set up a meeting in a dressing room at the Wal-Mart store where Cantrell worked. Agents arrested Cantrell when he arrived for the meeting.
Cantrell faces five counts of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16 and two counts of violating the Oklahoma computer crimes act.
