Wagoner County deputies say they have found a the man who may have abducted his wife.

Investigators believe, Jason Lynch, 40, abducted her from their Broken Arrow home and took her against her will Monday morning.

Tuesday morning the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office told FOX23 Mara Lynch is now safe. A short time later, Jason Lynch was taken into custody.

The manhunt started around 6:20 a.m. when Wagoner County deputies responded to a 911 hang up from the Lynch's home near 31st and 193rd East Avenue.

Wagoner County court records show Lynch has a warrant for his arrest that was issued on July 17. The report states Mara Lynch called deputies and reported her husband punched her in the chest, face and arms and threatened her life.

"Mara stated that Jason threatened her if she called police and would put her in a body bag,” said Mara Lynch in the report.

Neighbors heard about the alleged abuse.

"I know they have had a lot of problems, a lot of problems," said Angie Wright.

She had never officially met the couple but Jason and Mara’s kids would hang out with her kids.

"It was just a hard place, you hear things you didn't want to judge and you didn't want to be nosy, we just let the kids know we love them," said Wright.

Wright says she never talked to Mara Lynch about what the Lynch kids would say would happen behind closed doors.

"We wouldn't talk to them it just, “Hi how are you' just a little bit our kids were best friends," said Wright.

The Wrights tell FOX23 News they've spoken to the Lynch kids but they couldn't say where they were in hiding.

They were last seen in a 2012 Ford F-150 with Oklahoma license plate number 977HPN.

Facebook profiles show the Lynchs are from the Las Vegas area and she works at the Hard Rock Casino in Catoosa.

Investigators have received several tips, including one that said Jason Lynch could be going to Arkansas.

He was arrested at a park near the couple's home.

Found in the park? Sounds likely. It's good that this impish Puck was captured. Perhaps Thesus will hold him in check for the duration.
