Victim identified in south Tulsa deadly accident

Tulsa police have identified the victim in a deadly accident at 61st & Lewis Thursday morning.

Police say a pickup truck smashed into three other vehicles killing John W. McCorkel and sending three more to the hospital.

Police say McCorkel was a USPS worker and was driving a mail truck.

Part of 61st had to be closed for about five hours Thursday. Lanes were reopened just before 3 p.m.
