Up With Trees joining with Cherry Street Farmer's Market

The Cherry Street Farmers’ Market is proud announced that Up With Trees, Tulsa’s non-profit urban forestry leader, will be at the market on Saturday, April 20th.

The organization will be passing out free seedlings to market-goers. Up With Trees is a non-profit dedicated to planting, preserving and promoting Tulsa’s urban forest. Up With Trees plants along streets and trails, in parks, schools, fire stations, neighborhoods, and many other public properties. Their mission is to beautify greater Tulsa by planting trees and to create urban forestry awareness through education.

The Cherry Street Farmers’ Market is open now through October each Saturday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am on 15th Street and Peoria (15th street is closed from South Quaker to South Rockford). The Brookside Farmers’ Market will open on Wednesday, May 1st from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at 41st and Peoria.
