that area does need more lighting, but also the driver should have had brighter lights. Its a shame it aways takes a life of a child to get people to let the city know what needs to be done in their area! Prayers to their family for the lost child, and for the women to recover! HOW BOUT THE CITY START EXPECTING THINGS LIKE THIS TO POSSIBLY HELP PREVENT ALL THESE HITS BASED ON LOCTION & CONDITION OF THE STREETS ETC.

i don't no about over there but i can tell you people don't stop by 4th and Sheridan my 2 year old and 6 mth old and 1 have been almost hit a bunch ((during)) the walk signal i now just let all the cars go be for i cross even if it seas walk thell keep going. sad for there family
