The US Attorney's office in Muskogee indicted two men for wire fraud and identity theft.

Kevin Konstantinov and Elvin Alisuretove are accused of putting skimmers on gas pumps at Murphys USA stations across the state.

Secret service agents say they stole hundreds of credit and debit card numbers when people paid at the pump. Their victims had no idea it was happening until their bank account was drained.

Investigators told FOX23 the two went to Seattle to make bogus credit cards and then returned to Oklahoma to withdraw cash from ATMs.

What is the thing we can look for on the pump and where is it located that indicates the pump is safe and has been inspected?
