Traton Vanderpool and Jared Barlass have been ordered to pay $85,000 in restitution to ranchers after killing cattle.
The two men, from Broken Arrow, confessed to shooting eight cows near Oologah with an arrow in August of 2011. In addition, they are not allowed to do hunting of any kind during the next four years of probation.
Lyle Blackley and Steve Branen together had six cows die plus an unborn calf. Branen's daughters both showed the cattle for FFA and 4-H helping with their college fund.
