FOX23 went to three job fairs on Tuesday and some companies said it's becoming harder to find unemployed workers to hire than for unemployed people to find a job. Many job seekers were looking for any position.

"Cashier, management…really management. I want to be a manager. I have a lot of experience in doing that," said Marie Strickland. "I have a CDL, and I don't want to drive no more, but that will be my last resort."

At the job fairs, people had access to companies in many industries including hospitality, accounting, sales, security, marketing and more. Coordinators said there's a high demand for IT specialists and people with training in the medical field. But the oil and gas industries are also starting to need more employees. Coordinators said job seekers should arrive early to a job fair, dress professionally, bring plenty or resumes and be ready for an on the spot interview.
