Tulsa woman laid to rest, son charged in her death

A Tulsa woman found beaten to death in her Tulsa home will be laid to rest on Tuesday.
Linda Laird’s funeral is Tuesday afternoon at the Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow. Laird’s 17-year old son, Hank, is in jail accused of her murder.
FOX23 obtained Henry “Hank” Laird’s juvenile records, which showed he’d been arrested at least three times for domestic assault against his mother.
Laird’s first court appearance is scheduled for Friday.
