A Tulsa veterinarian accused of practicing without a license will be arraigned Friday.
Ralph Grogan, 83, was arrested in February. He's facing charges of animal cruelty, manufacturing false prescriptions and working without a license. Grogan worked at Acadia Veterinarian Hospital near 11th and Yale.
Records from the Oklahoma Veterinarian Board say Grogan practiced without a license for eight months until his arrest. The records show Grogan had been a licensed vet since 1956 and there had been no problems reported until this year.
