What is interesting is that the local news sites stated Tulsa was in a tornado warning on Monday. But I never heard one single siren. So, did the news sites screw up? Or did the sirens fail to go off? Or did the city not hit the sirens?

They've done it that way for as long as I can remember. If you haven't figured out that they test the tornado sirens every Wednesday at noon by now, it's probably time to get with the program.
