Tulsa teen charged in robbery

A Tulsa man accused of robbing an Owasso convenience store is now charged.

Francisco Birruetta, 19, faces one count of first degree robbery. He’s accused of stealing a case of beer from a Kum & Go on January 12th.

Police say a clerk tried to stop him and they got into a fight. Birruetta turned himself in after seeing himself on the news.
