Emergency crews on the scene of a shooting call that turned out to be bogus.

Tulsa police now say a call about a possible shooting in midtown Tulsa was bogus.

Tulsa police were called to a home near 51st and Sheridan just after 8:30 on reports of a shooting. Officers surrounded the house to investigate the call. Police say a woman called and said a gunman had come into her house and shot eight family members.

Officers now tell FOX23 there was not a shooting, but the woman has mental issues. Police say the woman is being treated now.

I was visiting at a friends house once. He was very happy, she had just returned from a care facility. The next thing I know T PD is sauntering the door drawn it seems she believed that her husband was going to kill her and she convinced tHeM enough to do something. Glad nobody over reacted in today's episode of how I shot your neighbor ;-) sequels in depends for older readers.
