Tulsa police reveal techniques for handling standoff

Dozens of police officers, a bullhorn and even pepper balls weren't enough to get a barricaded man out of his south Tulsa apartment. FOX23 was on scene of the London Square Apartments near 61st and Lewis Thursday around 9 p.m., as police were in a standoff with David Childers.

Why didn't they just shoot him and get it over with?? Now we have to house feed pay lawyer fees and the rest of that crap for someone who would rather be (needs to be) DEAD.

Why did they report using "chemical agents" and not just be honest about using tear gas? Just makes them look like they are hiding something.
