The Tulsa Fraternal Order of Police is asking for help for three members whose homes were destroyed by recent fires.
Organizers say Richard Meulenberg lost his home to an electrical fire and Brent Sanders and Jason Lawless lost their homes to wildfires west of Tulsa.
In addition, Wyatt Poth's in-laws house burned down; Deeanna Ragle's in-laws' and parents' homes burned down; Danny Madewell's mother-in-law's house burned and there are certainly others who did not lose their homes but lost equipment, out buildings, etc.
The Tulsa Lodge is accepting donations of cash, gift cards, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, hygiene products, disposable eating utensils, trash bags, and anything people are willing to give.
Organizers have also opened an account at the FOP Credit Union so anyone in the community can donate money to all of those in need. There is a general fund and three separate sub-accounts for the three members who lost their homes.
