Tulsa police identified the shooting victim of Sunday night's homicide as 22-year old Emily Clark.
Police arrested a woman they say shot Clark to death in east Tulsa. Officers were called to the Addison Apartments near 101st E. Ave. & Admiral, where they found Clark shot. She was taken to the hospital where she died.
Police say Clark was from Neosho, Missouri and had recently relocated to Tulsa. Police arrested Chiquita Bulger, she's being held in the Tulsa County Jail on a first degree murder complaint, but say the investigation is ongoing.
