I'm amazed at the depth of your perception; you should do some detective work. Obviously you know more than the average Joe Blow, especially if you are linking traffic fines for violating traffic laws to cops allegedly getting more green if they catch more bad guys. Amazing! And honestly, if these guys really wanted to rack up some arrests, they wouldn't waste their time in South Tulsa...

Did officers also tell Fox23 that the reason this is being done is because they got some grant money that pays them overtime if they make enough arrests?
