Tulsa police arrested one woman after a car accident that sent two people to the hospital on Friday morning.

Courtney Russell was arrested on a complaint of driving under the influence.

Police said around 3:30 a.m. a car stalled at highway 169 northbound and the Broken Arrow expressway when the car Russell was driving hit the stalled car from behind when trying to get onto 169 169 from the BA eastbound on ramp. The crash ignited a fire in the stalled car.

Two passengers in the stalled car were taken to the hospital.
