Tulsa police arrested a man they say robbed a CVS pharmacy at 71st and Yale on Monday night.

Police said just before 10 p.m. on Monday a man approached the pharmacy counter and gave the pharmacist a note demanding prescription drugs.

The pharmacist told police the man said no one would be hurt if the pharmacist complied. HE gave the man some pills and the man left the store.

Police said around midnight a police officer spotted the suspect, Andrew Cockrell inside a QuikTrip near 71st and Yale and took him into custody.
