Tulsa police have arrested a man they say stole several thousand dollars’ worth of steel material from a construction site.

Police say the man, identified as Carl E. Brown, was seen in the attached photo throwing metal items and equipment parts over the fence of a construction site near 5100 S. Wheeling. The incident happened around 8:30 pm on April 5th. Police say he would store the materials behind dumpsters before taking them from the location.

Police tell FOX23 he was located and arrested on Wednesday morning. He faces charges of knowingly concealing stolen property and larceny of more than $500.
