Tulsa police arrested a man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl.

Joseph Medina, 31, was booked in to the Tulsa jail on complaints of first degree rape and possession of marijuana. Officers caught up with Medina at an east Tulsa motel around six o'clock on Tuesday night.
