This should be a death penalty offense,it was premeditated and he stalked his victim. He was out a short time and did it again, there needs to be some kind of investigation on why he was released so soon and the people responsible for his early release punished severely.

I can understand the family being happy the trash has been caught, but the real point still remains, if they hadn't released the man who had already killed at least two people back onto the street, Mr. Brown and the other victim would still be alive, the question they should be asking is "Why was a convicted murderer released to kill again?". This has got to stop, they need to either put them to death, or put them in prison for the rest of their lives, you can't battle the same old criminals over and over while having new younger ones added to the battle every day soon the odds are so stacked against the police there will be nothing anyone can do.

I say we should recruit the military to locate and kill all gang members just as they did al-quieda. The military is sworn to protect this land foreign and domestic.

What a waste! and you know well as i do the killing is going to continue and continue. Somebody has to get justice for Scott Norman. Sad life to live in killing on killing will never stop with these useless codes of gangs.
