Tulsa police announce focused traffic patrols

The Tulsa Police Department Riverside Traffic unit will focus on speed enforcement along the BA on Monday.

The traffic unit will conduct random monitoring of the Broken Arrow Expressway and the city surface streets starting on the 14th through the 18th. Units will look for speed and moving violations throughout the week.

There will be a no tolerance policy during these patrols.

I just avoid that part of town if at all possible. People drive like crazy idiots, run red lights, drive too fast, cut in front. No thanks, I will do my shopping anywhere else. It scares me to death to drive on 71st Street.

In other cities they are also focused on automobile traffic. They take a picture as the offender committs and give the hard working postal delivery person the privilege of delivering the fine due !!! Welcome to the USSA #8-}}
