Tulsa police ID shooting victim

Tulsa police have identified the victim in a deadly shooting on Thursday afternoon.
Police say 41-year old Tony Ray Anderson of Broken Arrow was at the Garden Courtyard Apartments near 41st and Garnett when he was shot around 5 p.m. on Thursday.
Anderson was taken to the hospital and died in surgery. Police do not have anyone in custody and want anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
