No one should be charged for shooting an animal, especially if it's aggresive, in their own yard! What if they had children or other animals in that yard? REALLY?! We have a leash law for a reason. If you can't control/contain your animals here's an idea...DON'T OWN ONE! If the person was speeding, then they were breaking the law and deserved to be pulled over. Who cares if the dog happened to be in an officer's yard?! I would've done the same!

Of course no charges. And of course he was running wild & aggressive. Of course she got stopped & went to jail... It was a cop who shot it (who also saw her running it to vet, which its easy to know what vet she is going to at that time of night). And it was a pit so hes(the dog) automatically guilty. What a disgusting disgrace of use of power, mr officer.
