Tulsa man accused of sexual assault

A Tulsa man faces rape charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year old girl over the weekend.
According to police reports Tshaka Rivers denies the allegations. Rivers is the managing directory for the non-profit organization New Hope, a children’s mentoring program.
FOX23 spoke with Rivers in October of 2012 after his seven-year old son was hit and killed by a car while walking to school.
