Sure spend more money on these hell holes...that should fix the problem. How about we the taxpayers stop paying for these habitual welfare recipents to live in these formerly nice apartments..I am 65 years old, a Vietnam Vet who is supporting two adult mentally disabled children and one grandchild on my $900.00 per month social security disability check, including paying my mortgage, utilities and buying my diabetes meds. I have never been arrested or even suspected of breaking a law, don't drink, don't use drugs, and no one is helping me with anything, I can't even get food stamps to feed my family because they say I have too much income, and I am paying property and sales taxes to support these low life inbred animals to use drugs, rape and kill anyone they feel like......? Stop supporting them, when people work for a living they don't have time to commit as much crime, make them work for a living like I did for 45+ years after I finished my enlistment.

That's about it memyselfandeye, our city dinosaurs are only concerned with hedging their investments in the riverbed walk and spending billions of taxpayers dollars on buildings downtown for winos and perverts to hang out in,the are very afraid of offending someone,so the gangs run loose and for all intents and purposes they run the city, the big drug money from the higher ups in these gangs order these murders, they are not a random act of violence. We have a big problem in Tulsa

well, when you try to put a ghetto project into a decent part of town, this is what you end up with.........I think they should put out some hunting permits & allow some of the rednecks to roll in & take care of the out of control animal problem
