The owner of a north Tulsa bar where a 13-year old boy was shot and killed outside turned herself into police and posted bail.
Rashida Tanzania Mack owns the Tanzi Bar near 31st and Peoria. On May 20th, 13-year old Jordan Sigli was shot and killed outside the club after a drive by shooting.
Mack told authorities the bar was reserved for a private party, but the state Alcohol and Beverage Commission says it wasn’t given ten days notice of the private event.
Mack faces one count of permitting a minor in a bar, a misdemeanor.
