A Tulsa bail bondsman faces charges for soliciting business in jail after allegedly using inmates to solicit business.

Court records allege deputies got reports that inmates in the David L. Moss jail were soliciting business for Ronald Nunneley. Records allege one inmate bragged to another inmate that she gets information on inmates, calls Nunneley’s office and relays the information. In turn, it’s alleged that Nunneley purchases $87 iCare packages for the inmate.

Investigators then pulled phone records the inmate made to Nunneley’s office and reportedly told an office worker she brought in $130,000 in bonds and was training another inmate to do the same.

Records also show Nunneley bought the inmate 13 such packages from May 2012 through October 2012. Investigators also found Nunneley purchased six other iCare packages for three other inmates.

Investigators say Nunneley admitted to knowing all the inmates and purchasing the iCare packages, but told investigators he was not personally soliciting bail bonds. Records show the deputy told Nunneley what he was doing was having inmates solicit for him and Nunneley allegedly said he would stop.

A warrant was issued for Nunnely’s arrest on one charge of soliciting business in jail.

I have to disagree with the majority , I wouldn't turn my back on this guy in broad daylight, and that just from the picture , guess that's why they used this picture for the story, propaganda media moron control, good or not innocent or not , he and everyone "accused " of a crime deserve a FAIR trail , how'z he gona get it now , with everybody already forming an opinion before he's even made it to the pleminary hearing , news is supposed to be facts not proppagana bull, they should only be able to report on convictions not alter ppls opinion before it's evn been to trail , it's just down right unamerican
