The arrest report states Tulsa police officer Thomas Fees was asked to leave Oscar's pub. But, he refused and then pulled out a revolver and pointed at a D.J's head.
" An employees customer was uncomfortable with a situation she was being put in. When we escorted him outside he tried to come back inside, one of my employees stepped in front of him, and that's when he pulled a gun," Owner Eli Huff said.
Owner and chef, Eli Huff said fees frequents oscar's and he has never had a problem with the officer. That is until around 1am Saturday morning. Huff says after Fees pulled the gun, he left and went across the street to the Mercury Lounge, and that's where officers found him.
Huff said, as the owner its his responsibility to keep everyone safe in his bar, and this incident is one he has never had to deal with.
" If you ever have had a gun pulled on you I haven't, I can only imagine how he felt after that cause he comes here to bar tend."
