Tulsa police are investigating two armed robberies.

Officers say shortly after 11:30 last night, two men walked into a Popeyes restaurant near Pine and Peoria.

The employee inside was getting ready to close up for the night, when the two men approached him holding a gun.

The men ordered the employee to give them money.
The man gave them the cash and the two suspects sped off in a black SUV.

Police say the robbers made off with an unknown amount of cash.

Also overnight, Tulsa police were called to the area of 63 hundred east Skelly to an Oral Roberts Ministry building.

This happened around 11:15 pm.

A man told officers he was in the parking lot getting something out of his trunk, when he was approached by two men. One of the men had a gun in his hand.

The man told police the two suspects took his wallet and some personal items.

The man was not hurt.

The two robbers fled the scene on foot.

If you have any information about these crimes, call Crime Stoppers. That number is 596-cops.
