A homicide suspect is back in Tulsa after being arrested in Missouri.
The man is wanted in connection with a shooting that happened near a taco stand near 41st & Garnett in early November.
Jail records show Erik Montoya was booked in the Tulsa County Jail around 7:41 last night.
He is charged with first degree murder and also shooting with intent to kill in the shooting of Erik Victorino.
Police say they are continuing to search for one more man in this case. They are looking for Roberto Urquiza. He is also charged with murder in this case.
Officers believe both Montoya and Urquiza were in involved with this crime.
Jailers say Montoya is not allowed to bond out because he is waiting on immigration officials.
His first court appearance is scheduled for November 25th at 9:00am.
