The 2012 Tulsa Holiday Parade of Lights committee unveiled the poster for this year’s poster.
The poster was designed by local artist Jon Hibblen, who owns Bixby based design company,
Hibblen.
The poster commemorates the Parade of Lights, which will take place on December 8th in downtown Tulsa. For information on the route visit the
