Bucio faces one complaint of sexual assault and battery.

TTC sent us this comment about the expecations for students who attend Tulsa Tech:

At Tulsa Tech, a safe and secure learning environment is a primary concern for us. Our student conduct code prohibits threatening behavior, harassment, intimidation and bullying. Policy clearly encourages students to inform school personnel if they are the victim of or witness to acts of harassment, intimidation, or bullying. In this particular case, policies and procedures related to the reporting of an incident worked. Tulsa Tech administrators, faculty and staff are committed to the prevention of bullying behaviors and implementation of procedures and training to combat this type of behavior.
