Tulsa County Sheriff suing Walmart

Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz is suing Walmart.

According to court documents, Glanz slipped and fell in the Walmart near 81st and Lewis in September of 2008. Documents claim Glanz slipped in a slippery substance that was not marked to avoid.

Documents also show that Glanz immediately had pain in his knee after the fall and had surgery to repair damage to his knee in July of 2011.

The lawsuit claims the store was negligent and asks for between $10 and $75,000 in damages.

IF am sorry he was hurt, but you know, he surely had insurance. The Sheriff suing Walmart is not adding to the image of the department. This might have been a better choice to just sweep it under the rug. Or tile.

He caint walk and talk at the same time. Now he wants to be paid because he is an inept dufus. This old bull's at about the end of his run. Time to turn him out to pasture.
