A Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputy received Crime Scene Analyst certification.
Tressi Maybee recently graduated from the National Forensic Academy. Maybee is the only Tulsa County deputy to get this certification and one of only a dozen in the entire state that have gone through this process.
The National Forensic Academy focuses on several areas of crime scene investigation including; blood stain patter analysis, bullet trajectory, latent print processing, death investigation, grave excavation, crime scene photography and computer sketching.
Detective Maybee also studied for the certification of crime scene analyst through the International Association for Identification and became a certified crime scene analyst.
