A Tulsa teen charged with killing his mother will stand trial.

Hank Laird is charged with first degree murder. Josiah Sklar is charged with being an accessory to murder.

The body of Linda Laird, Hank's mother, was found beaten to death inside her home in south Tulsa in January 2013. Sklar told police he was with Hank Laird when he beat her with the butt of a shotgun.

Sklar said he didn't call for help because he was scared of Hank Laird.

In court Friday morning Sklar waived his jury trial. Hank Laird’s trial is scheduled to begin on May 19th.

From the time he was a small kid, he ran the house. This is what happens when people make nothing but pure excuses, as to why the kid does not his butt whipped.

Craniumectomy (/:/-]] probably too dense to aid with his own defense. Still he needs to be locked up where he can't hurt anybody else.
