Trash changes in Tulsa began today

Changes to the trash pick up in Tulsa started on Monday.

Trash pick up times and days will operate a new schedule until October. Trash will now be picked up once a week instead of twice and customers will be paying less for the service while the new company prepares to take over.

Another change the recycling program will be on hold until October, when the new company and new recycling program begin.

You can see the new days by area of town at the City of Tulsa website.

Ah ha!Just as I thought my mother is unable to take her trash to the curb,they were made aware of this,said they would take care of it.City gov't fails again.I wish our funky chicken mayor would resign before he causes much more damage.I think the citizens of Tulsa have a right to call in outside help our city is collapsing around us.

Sounds like kind of a good deal,but something in the back of my mind made me check and see if I still had my wallet.
