CLEVELAND COUNTY, Okla. -  People cutoff by the closure of a bridge connecting two towns in Cleveland county plan to come together tonight for a town hall meeting.

The James C. Nance Bridge over the Canadian River linked Lexington and Purcell, but the bridge was closed Jan. 31 because cracks were found in the beams.

People said the closure has created a travel nightmare.

The town hall meeting is set to begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Lexington Fire Station.
