Police have released the name of a three-year-old girl hit and killed by a car Wednesday evening.
They say Abinbola Higgins was hit around 6 p.m. in the 3300 blk. of N. Atlanta. Police say the driver was travelling slowly down the street when the child rode her small four-wheeler into the street, right in front of the vehicle.
The driver won't be cited, according to Tulsa Police.
