The Tulsa police are investigating possible threats made against Kathy Taylor’s campaign for mayor of Tulsa.

Campaign representatives commented on the threats on Friday morning:

"We have been advised against supplying specific details regarding the nature of the threat, however we have all of the confidence in the Tulsa Police Department to quickly identify and question the person responsible.

In the meantime, former Mayor Kathy Taylor continues to meet with Tulsans and share her back to basics plans to reduce crime, improve education, grow jobs and return accountability to City Hall.”

In a news conference on Friday morning Taylor addressed the threats.
