Hate Crime = When you can't convince a jury you did it out of love.

I believe this happened because Jake England had come unglued due to the jailing of his mom, his fathers death and his babies mom dying, he should have gotten help and none of this would have happened, do I think he shot blacks because a black killed his dad, yes, of course, to shoot anyone else wouldn't have allowed him to feel he had avenged his dads death, if a white person had killed his dad, the dead victims would have been white, if cops had killed his dad, the dead would be cops, he wanted someone to pay for his dad dying period, it was revenge, racist only because it happened to be a black man who took his dad from him. I think the beating death of Nancy Strait should be documented as a hate crime, this lady was white, she was blind and feeble, Tyrone Woodfork could have pushed both of these 80+ year olds down and robbed them, but instead he beat her mercilessly, it wasn't self defense, any crimminologist can tell you anytime someone spends that much time beating someone, it is out of hate, and it is personal, he could have robbed them without resistance, but the fact that he beat her so badly makes it a hate crime, since they didn't know each other previously, the only reason he could have hated her enough to beat her like that was because she was white. I would sign a petition to have this classified a hate crime, it needs to be done, it isn't right to hate anyone because of their race, and just as there are whites who hate blacks because they are black, there are blacks who hate whites because they are white, until it is evened up on both sides so everyone feels their life and the lives of their loved ones and friends is as valued as another, and justice is equal for all, it isn't going to stop.

It is a black and white issue: We are called to LOVE our neighbors as ourselves, and to love others as Christ loves us. The opposite of LOVE is hate. Any action done without LOVE as the motive is hate. ANY murder or abuse of another human being is a hate crime. This is a diverse city; what's missing is the LOVE. It's very black and white.

It could just be me but I can easily see that the suspects are of two different races. One is probably white and the other is definitely Hispanic or Native American. I find it hard to believe this is a racial hate crime when two races team together to attack another. A racist usually hates all other races that are not his or her own. I feel that the so called Rev. is just chasing anything that he could possibly be bent into a hate crime, to fuel his own hidden agenda, whatever that may be. The amount of attention he is putting on this is going to persuade people to take revenge or fuel negative feelings that is going to set back the unity of races that has already accrued. The Rev. has to know that his action create a negative response and seems to thrive in the attention he gets when provoking negativity in others. The actions he pursues just fuels hate not GOD. May GOD have mercy on him when he gets there.

The problem is not that there are not crimes that should be prosecuted at a higher level due to the use of prejudice but it is in the way the crimes are framed as "hate" crimes in order to promote a political style agenda that create the discourse. Instead of "hate" crimes only being established for the so-called protective classes, how about establishing an across the board escalated charge of aggravated or aggravated plus for crimes that reach a level of malice because of a characteristic of the victim?

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY White country and ONLY into White countries.
